and finally where would be the best cheapest place to get such a wheel combo?

thanks for any and all help,
On the front, you are on the spot correct. That wheel with the 120/70 tire is the perfect combo. On the rear you are going to want to run a 18 x 3.5 with a 150/70-18 tire. It is going to be a close fit, but we have sold this
setup many times before and as we always tell our customers, check check and recheck for clearance.
As far as reusing your stock components, you can go this route. I would recommend at least upgrading the front rotors to match the wheel.
We carry a large variety on wheel setups from our own WanaRyd wheel line to all of the other major companies. Feel free to browse our custom Harley
wheel page and see what you like! PM/call/email for great pricing!
I have a 160/60 18 Avon on mine from Mparts in myrtle beach, I measured the overall tire height due to the ratios changing from stock and it's within 1/4 inch, but the orig tire is also worn too so who knows it could be the same.
If you go from the tall sidewall to the 60 sidewall your bike will handle better also and match the performance of the front new tire.
I got a set of matching avons in your sizes for $300 to my door which I though is way cheap.
The limits on rear tyre width are fender width and clearance between tyre and belt. I changed my belt from the stock 1 1/4" to later spec 1 1/8", which gave plenty of clearance for a 150 tyre. I couldn't get it in the bike with the wider belt.
Actual fitted width of a tyre can be quite a way off the nominal size. My Avon Venom 150 was actually 153mm wide, an 1/8" wider than nominal. Some brands have even bigger differences, which it is worth keeping in mind.
