Default Tank change

I was wonder if anyone could give me some advice. I have harley softail FXST I just change the tank and now the seat doesn't fit. I went from 2 separate tanks to one solid tank....... I wondering if could tank some measurements to order a seat s

It would seem to me that since you have both of the tanks you're playing with and the old seat you should be able to arrive at any measurements that you would need for a new seat.

Pictures would help. Does the seat pan need to be modified? Just what doesn't fit?

Default seat

When i went from a 2 tanks to 1 solid tank. 1 i think they are further back and 2 the space between the tank is now smaller

Push down HARD on the nose while pushing forward. You could also bend down the tongue in the front a little.
