hello,
when ive been riding for a while out of no ware when i come to a red light or stop sight bike will start sputtering like if running out of gas and stalling.. ive got to let it sit for a min. restart and go.. this usually goes on for a bit.. any idea's?? 02 night train

could be a few things,
bad/blocked fuel pump is likely.

its likely best you get it looked at by someone that knows how to diagnose issues.

 

if your bike is carbed the idel jet could be clogged. try to pull out chock when sputerin if it runs out clean holes in carb. If your bike is injected look in book for ilde settins.

 

Possibly bad fuel pump or system relay.
