Firing issue
Hey guys I have a 2002 Harley night train EFI.
I've been having a few issues the last bit about sometimes the bike would sputter like bad gas while cruising in 5th or sometimes pull out and have a hesitation just like it was starving for gas. Anyway I drove in the rain last night and the bike started to sputter and die out and i figured it was taking on too much water. So I trailered it home and dried it all out. The next morning I go out and the bike starts but only running on the front cylinder. I have those caps that snap on between the plug and wire and light up to show if it's firing. So I switch plug wires at the coil and it fires the back. So I unbolt my coil and take it to buddy's house and put it on his bike. Bike starts perfect. Brought it home and tried it on mine and no difference. Still only front cylinder. So I eliminated, plugs, wires, and coil. WhAt else could it be? I'm lost. Any help is appreciated guys sorry for the long post.
