Default starting issues

i have replaced the ignition module, map sensor, crank sensor, tested the coils and they seem to be fine, yet when trying to start my bike, there is no spark, battery is new and fully charged, all connections have been checked, all grounds cleaned, bike doesn't have neutral safety switch or kill switch, just hit the key to start and turn off to kill engine. this is a Donnie Smith custom pro street soft tail chopper with a brand new 2003 dyna engine and trans. it has a card. during shipping the wiring from regulator to stator was damaged, this im sure was the cause for the ignition module being damaged but also the head lite blew out,i assume this happened at same time. it ran perfect the day befor being shipped. bike turns over great, just no spark at the plugs. my question is,if the stator and regulator either or both were damaged, would this cause the starting problem? i no it could if the bike was running and battery got weak.should it b able to start with full charged battery if i unplugged the plug between regulator and stator? being a custon build, the regulator is located in side the primary. im sure they did this to make the build cleaner but from my understanding, regulator need lots of air so being mounted this way would cause regulator to go out soon because of the heat,is this correct? i plan on bypassing this regulator, adding new one is stock location and leaving the other one where it is as i am unable to get into the primary because of the type loctite used.i no this is long post but trying to give as much info as i can hoping someone can point me in right direction.
i took ignition module off of my 03 dyna wide glide that is a running bike with no problems,t first i was thinking,id replace this and problem solved. took the module from damaged bike, put it on the running bike,no spark.im at my wits end trying to figure this out. i wouldnt b surprised if stator and regulator are bad,but shouldnt bike still start if these are bad and unplugged? or do these have to b in working order in order for bike to start?. this custom build has no extras on it,no turn signals, neutral sensor, tip sensor, alarm or the box that controls turn signals ect. the electrical system is so basic there's not a lot that go wrong. i hope with this info, someone is able to point me in right direction. im at my wits end. thank you all for any support you may give my.
