Default Hyperchargers..........

I apoligize if this has been asked before. I am looking for a new air clearner for my 07 Fatboy and was wanting to know the pros and cons to hyperchargers? If they are not recommended, please recommend a high flow system please! I see that K & N filters are the choice of filters. Also, does any one use a HD race tuner?

The Pro is that you don't own one yet so you didn't waste your money.

Any of the ACs with a K&N flow more than enough air for most bikes. Get the one you like the looks of the most.

Added the kuryakyn twin velocity plus,....has K&N filters (2) and moves plenty of air.....look mimics the vtwin shape...all chrome and less money than a hypercharger.

The con is that you would be thinking of adding anything made by Kuryakyn to your Harley.

I have a Hypercharger, with the Kuryakyn crankcase breather kit, and I'm happy with all of it...

A Hypercharger compliments a mullet and pair of snakeskin pointy-toed boots rather well.

Whats the matter george ...you no likey Kuryakyn stuff, I think their chrome is some of the best quality, and getting parts or tech has always been a good experiance. I dislike the treatment from vance and hines though, lied to me about fitment, and would not return e-mails about product deficiencies.... just my 2 cents..

I'm sure Kuryakyn will be found in your nearest Auto Zonesoon, right next to the air fresheners andplastic wheelcovers.
I won't have that junk on my bike.
JMO here.

Such negativity against the hypercharger. Wonder how many people actually owned one or they just go by hearsay?

13 years with a hypercharger and no complaints.

I say get what you want and ignore everybody else.
