I have a 2007 Fatboy with 33k miles and running Redline brand oil. I was having hot start issues and battery was replaced recently. After some research found out that for most ppl it was a bad compensator. I saw great reviews for the Baker one but can't afford to $500 right now so I went with the SE version which cost me $249
My question was if this was really necessary based on the following pictures:
