My softail is lowered. I paid a little extra for it, but am very pleased with the OTC jack. It is advertised as the lowest profile jack available with a 31/2" clearance.

I bought a J&S Jack in Like New Condition for $175 about 50 miles from my house. It goes under my Fatboy Lo with no problems. Never had a Motorcycle jack before to compare it to a different brand. My bike sits on it solid just like in the video. Got it on Craigslist.

If you have Amazon Prime, just look for what you want and buy it. The things are heavy as hell and delivered to your door for free is great.

You can get a jack with casters on it for around $100 too.

As for clearance, my jack hits the bottom of my Lo while on the stand. Tip the bike straight up then slide the jack under. Most any motorcycle jack will go under. If your bike is lower than that, You're probably tearing up primary covers and pegs too.

If memory serves me right I bought my J&S off CL in like new condition for $135. Then I threw down another $56.oo for an air assist bottle jack so I don't have to pump that foot pedal 70 times to raise the jack all the way up. Keep an eye out on craigslist, they pop up all the time at very reasonable prices and they far out perform those scrap metal HF lifts.
