55# to 65# ft lbs cast wheels
45# to 55# ft lbs laced wheels
I use 2 drops of red Locktite and mark the bolt heads and washers with a black Sharpie. When the lines no longer match; I know I have pulley bolt coming loose.
You don't want a pulley bolt coming loose.
