matte, I never put the front fender back on mine when I swapped out the wheel. I went with the PM caliper too, but I did the 4 piston kit. What I'm more interested in, you have ABS on that Springer? Does it work, have you tested it?

works is a loaded question. I placed the bearing and sensor on the right to make the wheel line up better. It works in regards that there is no abs light which was my primary goal. I’m not trying to trigger it to validate the impact. Most people suggest the abs could be catastrophic for a springer in action. But not really putting it through too many paces.

I’m on the fence with the ABS. I will trace back the brake lines to the ABS “Brain”. The “Brake Fluid Manifold” that was mounted to the bottom of the lower tree, is a Problem child the way the lines are Soldered on.
I was just going to run a Hydraulic line from Master to Caliper.
you can check my build Forum for the other work I’m doing.

Springer is on ( Vulcan Rake stem fixed the HD De-Rake), Breakout Front Wheel, 5 Gallon FatBoy Tank, 2009 11” wide CVO Springer rear fender. Front Fender & Mounts will be here tomorrow

Ever wonder how to use the Breakout risers and Gauge on a Springer?

Kenny, looks like you're the right person to be chatting with. You're doing God's work son! Seriously though, that's super cool what you're doing.

this one is taking a bit of time, all these parts weren’t made to work together. But, I’ll get the recipe down in time. Any Advice/Suggestions are Really appreciated. 😃
