Base on the part# of the wheel spacer sleeve. The Sport glide wheel hub is slightly wider than the Heritage. It’s about 2.66 mm wider. I got this number by measuring the difference between 43300483 and 41349-07 (18 Slim, Hertiage and Deluxe are using the same spoke wheels as 17s).
It can be done by using shorter right side(brake lever side) spacer. But the wheel may be off-center by a couple of mm.

Does that mean you can use a mag wheel that fits a 17 on an 18 heritage? Wheels are the only thing I have never looked at changing until this bike.
They fit both 17 and 18. And I did the wheels swap from 18 Fatbob. My bike is 17 Slim S, the rear wheel just bolt up nicely with stock spacers, no alignment problem.
