Thanks Texas, so far no buffeting for my dad. He wears a half helmet and for some reason with my full face it buffets while I’m riding. Will look into the deflectors but he has no complaints

Dad is a lucky guy... conggrats!

He might not complain, but I and others have said, the wind deflectors make a BIG difference. I opted for the Freedom Shield also, but have not been on my bike for over 6 weeks with a herniated disk. Back surgery on 2/15 and a few(?) weeks of recovery and I should hopefully ride again. Can't wait!!

Lots of luck with your rides to you both.

To my knowledge no one has come out with a set specifically for the 2018 Heritage yet. I ordered a set for a 2017 Deluxe from J&P and drilled a new hole for the bottom mounting hole to match the Heritage mounting hole bolt spacing. Works great and looks good. The extra chrome looks OK with the blacked-out parts. If they start to rust too badly, I might have then powdered coated Black.

Nice Bike! To those speaking about aftermarket exhausts for these, black would sure look good.

I like the Blacked-out Herritage but it is not ALL Black so I kinda prefer Chrome Pipes on such a good looking touring/crusing bike like these are. Not quite sure I like the half black and half crome combo some have done, but that is just my opion. Everyone's taste is different.

I just recieved my Chrome Rineharts with Black end caps that I have seen on other Heritages and like the looks of. However, they are still in the package because my bum knee and herniated disk won't let me bend over long enough to put them on. Will wait till my back surgery is over in 10 days and I have recouperated a while. Can't ride for a while anyway...bummer!

Awsome offer. And, I'm sure you would like to have an excuse to ride, but....four hours/250 miles one way from Tallahassee to Ormond Beach is even more than I would ask anyone to do just to bolt up a pair of Slip-ons.

My son, who rides a Road Glide, is visiting over Presidents Birthday Weekend. I shoud be feeling better by then and he can help. Also thinking about installing the Stage I Breather at that time.

Bike week is comming up soon and I presume you might be making the trip then. If so, let me know and maybe we can meet and say hello. Newbe to the Old Pro.

Thanks

I ordered a set today from JESCustomAccents... He is running a little behind on getting them made but talked like they'd be good to go by the end of the month.
