hey all,
new here, just found the group. need some good opinions. i just bought a 2001 softail standard 14000 miles, fuel injected option, rich red i think they call it. picked it up for 8700.00 how did i do. the bike is in excellent condition.

Welcome to the site. Your doing alot better than I am. Me being without bike for the first time in 26 years(by the way it really sucks!!!!!!!!!!)I don't think you got hurt on your deal.

NADA average retail is 9,300 so I would say you got a good deal. We jsut sold a 2001 Heritage with 25,000 miles for 10,500.
