Default Spoke Oxidation

What may be a cleaning solution to oxidation on my spokes? I was thinking old school Never dull and elbow grease...
However a friend told me to use mag wheel cleaner? it has acid in it?....
Thanks for the advice...

I use Never Dull, but it is a freaking time consuming process.

Never dull. It's the best chance on oxidation. Cleaned up my wheels pretty good.
