Default Torque Spec's

I'm changing the tires on a friends 2010 Softail Deluxe and am looking for the torque spec's for the front and rear axle, front cap bolts and front and rear calipers.

Can anyone help a guy out?

I can't answer your question but this will:

https://ownersmanuals2.com/harley-da...s-manual-66633

I take it back, does not show specs.

Thanks guys.

I've done some searching on this forum and on you-tube and this is what I found.

Front Axle 60 - 65 Ft lbs
Front Axle Cap 132 - 180 In lbs
Rear Axle 95 - 105 Ft lbs
Ft + Rr Caliper bolts 28 - 38 Ft lbs

Can anyone confirm these spec's?

I heard a rumor that there's a book with those answers in it.

I suppose you would want to spend the money for a manual to just help out a friend with a tire change.

I'm sure there is. I just thought that forums full of like minded people would also be a good place to pass along some information to a fellow biker.

If you ever need torque specs for a 86 ZX1000R, 99 ZG1000 or a 2014 ZG1400, let me know, I have the manuals for the bikes I own.
I was just trying to help a friend who doesn't work on bikes save some money.

You're right to ask Joe. It's just that we do have a few idiots that don't know how to not reply if they don't like the thread. I can verify for a Dyna but do not have a Softail manual.

Don’t be a jackass. This guy was helping with a friends bike and just wanted to know some general information. That’s what these forums are for. If you don’t know the answer, STFU!

2010 Softail service manual is what to search for to be precise. I'd post this question in the Tech & Mechanical forum to avoid the sarcasm.
Good luck. BTW, most softail manuals near the year you're looking for should suffice.
