Hi guys,i have an 09 Heritage with turn signal issues.
Issue #1. 15amp fuse keeps blowing,no turn signals or brake light.
Turn signals flash when alarm arms.
Issue #2. speedo works on ignition turn on but when starter engaged speedo goes out,speedo comes back on if when riding(turn off ignition and back on )then bump start bike while riding.
Looking to replace TSM as seen lots of these problems around.
Any help please.

 

I would suggest that you have a short. If you're blowing fuses, it's 99% of the time because of a shorted wire, which might mean the wire insulated has gotten rubbed off and is contacting the frame, thereby grounding out the live.

It could even be as simple as near the battery post...I would at least pop off the seat and check that area really good. If nothing seems obvious, you'll need to start tracking down wires. Focus on visible areas where there are bundles cable-tied to the frame, but has some hand-shiftable movement. That could quickly reveal a rubbed wire.
