If you can trust Google only the touring bikes had MM injection and they switched to Delphi in 02. So, that leads me to believe the OPs SoftTail has Delphi.

Ohh, First I really need to clear up a misunderstanding. I havent bought that Deuce yet. It is incredible though. The thing that concerns me about that bike is the MM EFI. Ive been told that it is terrible. I had an 01 Road King with it and never had a problem with it. Ive been told by my local dealer that parts are very hard to come by and converting it to a carb would cost $2500-3000. Wow, thats alot of dough. But she sure is pretty..... and really low miles. Im very tempted.

she does have a forged crank and Timkens....... oh boy so sexy........ LOL. I have a 2017 M8 Ultra Limited but the one Harley I have never owned is a softail, and I aint gettin any younger.
Seats and front forks I think are the big differences. Just about everything else is interchangeable with regular Softails. In spite of what Harley’s catalog states “except Deuce.” The rear wheel is bigger. Nice looking bike except for the pipes. If it is indeed MM injection, swapping to a carb shouldn’t cost $2500 if you do it yourself.

That is also what the part fish says. And also all parts are available.
Tomcat, peer in there behind air filter on top and see if you see an IAC valve on top of a throttle body. MM does not have that.

no, didnt get it yet. So, only touring had MM? An 01 Deuce has what type of EFI? Actually, looking at two other softails that are newer. One is a 2004, the other a 2005.
