Default 114” Fatboy numbers

First post here other than my introduction post.

Well I got my first Harley for Father’s Day and decided to upgrade to stage two. It is a 114” with Vance and Hines 2 into 2 pipes, the stock high flow 114 AF, torque cam and Harley tuner. I don’t really know much about Harley’s or what the numbers should look like. There aren’t many dyno sheet posted so I am posting mine here. My first thought was the numbers look low. My other bike is a 2018 KTM SuperDuke R so looking at the numbers are not exactly apples to apples.

Here is my dyno sheet. Is this good or bad? It feels stronger than it did before I had the work done. I read somewhere that the 114” had 114 lbft of torque stock. If that is truely the case, I didn’t gain much at all. Let me know your thoughts.

It's okay. Maybe a little low on torque, but that's probably due to the 2-into-2.

That's the difference between crankshaft torque (which is what Harley quotes) and rear wheel torque (which is what the dyno measured). Crankshaft torque is claimed to be 118, but in reality by the time it gets on the dyno a 114 generally delivers about 100 ft/lbs. So your Stage II boosted that to about 117 ft/lbs, a decent jump.

I would strongly suggest running some SmartTune sessions though. Currently you're probably running the stock tune, and that's designed for an entirely different exhaust, so the tune is almost certainly not optimal for your configuration. The SmartTune should help it dial in better.
