I have a 2014 FLSTN with S/E high flow air cleaner V & H longshots with a 204cam. I added a Power Commander V and auto tun. Since the addition of the cam I continue to foul out my # 2 plug very quickly. Any remedies

You haven't given much info about the issue, for even an educated guess....
Does it run well since the cam install? Is the only issue the rear plug fouling? Exactly when did the rear plug fouling start? Is it gas fouled or oil fouled? Who did the work, set up the PCV tune?
The obvious suspect would be the tune or Auto Tune making the rear cylinder run rich... but hard to say with posted info...
