Default 14” bars on an 18 heritage question

Im asking for a friend. He has a 2018 Heritage and wants taller bars.
How tall are the stock??
How tall can you go with factory wiring/cables??
I have an 18 Road Glide and was able to stretch factory cables/wires for my 14” bars so he’s asking me for advice and I know nothing about the Heritage (totally different setup, I know).
I think he has his mind made on 14” Factory 47 bars.
Does he need bushings??
Will he need risers?
Any input, opinions, advice and pictures would be appreciated!

thanks!

i have 2009 with stock bars, just ordered 14 inch carlini flying apes. stock bars are 11 inch . i dont think the cables will be long enough or the electric. if you stick with 1 inch bars you wont need new risers. i would definitely go with new poly bushing, its a cheap investment, and cant hurt.

good luck!
