I have the Harley Fat Chizeled bars on my Heritage and had to get wire extensions, clutch cable and brake line. Even though parts book said I'd need them, I didn't think I would since those bars are technically the same rise (12") as stock and more narrow than stock. But, due to the sharper bends I found I needed the extensions/cables. The Chizeled bars also appear way taller than stock even though they aren't. So, the geometry of the bends makes a difference along with the overall height. Something to keep in mind.
Huh, I thought they listed the stock bars as 12" rise in the specs and I thought they go by the the overall height. I could be wrong though. Here's the measurement of the overall height at the end of the bars. These are off an '18 but I don't think they changed the bars.
This isn't a very good pic but it shows the stock bars with the new bars that are supposed to be 12". I figured since the new bars are so much more narrow, I'd have plenty of wire and cable length but that wasn't the case.

Bar height is measured from center to center do you need to subtract one inch from that measurement youre showing.
