Default What has been done to my 2001 Softail Deuce

How's it going guys, first off appreciate anyone who takes the time to read this and help me out, last year in August I bought my first harley, 2001 softail deuce, the guy I bought it from says the previous owner had done some work to it but doesn't know exactly what, the only thing we know is it's got screaming eagle heads. Don't know which type exactly, vance and hines big radius headers and all, screaming eagle plugs and wires, S&s super E carb, and a 7000 rpm ignition module by screaming eagle. The ****er ***** and gets my dad has a stock 03 softail heritage classic and there is a big difference, my question is, if this guy went as far as heads do you think it's cammed? And how could I find out exactly, I'm guessing taking it in to the dealer but wanted to know if any one can shed some light.

You say it ***** and gets, does it really matter if its cammed or not? If it runs ok who cares, if you are gonna go with engine work later on you can find out then.

Not saying there is hard and fast rule, but generally, most guys uograde air intake and exhaust, then cams, then big bore, and then heads. Of course could be any combination of these, and some are smarter than others and do all at once and save a butt load of money. I would assume if you have upgr u have cams and, likely, a big bore kit. Unlikely someone upgraded head sand left stock cams in bike.
