I have a 2012 Fat Boy Lo. Same problem. I don't play piano anyway.

New to the forum and wanted to start posting so here goes if the rubbing on the nacelle bothers you why not just re-route the cables? or even get a different length if need be (probably not) re routing them is a fairly easy job I re did all my cables and wires in a few hours when I put new bars on. You can really clean it up compared to stock.

I believe I am in the minority, but I run my cables behind the bars. I did this mainly to try and make front end look as clean as possible, without running internal throttle, etc. I only run one throttle cable but it is tie wrapped to brake line until the upper triple tree. Clutch cable is routed behind bars also. I have no rubbing or binding, but I did order cables when I installed apes, and I ordered them with this in mind so they would not be too long.
