Just bring it in to your post office. They will weigh, measure it's size, all for free and tell you. The wheel is aluminum, so I suspect not too much. I just mailed out a set of Softail Gas tanks for $31.00 Usc. They were in a large box, and were pretty heavy. I used a lot of packing to keep them safe.
I suggest cutting out some cardboard rounds the size of the wheel/tire on both sides. (Double on each side. Then use good packing tape to secure them to the wheel. It doesn't matter if the tire is exposed. Put the label on one side If you send it with the brake rotor and pulley, it will be heavier and cost more. Send it with out the tire and it will be smaller and cost even less.
