OK I need some help. I have a 1999 Softail Custom that someone put +2 forward controls on. I have trouble reaching them. Here is where I am finding my problems. I can not seem to find any foot controls that will work on my bike without having to change over to the master cylinder mounted on the foot control. My bike has the master cylinder mounted on the frame and has a slave cylinder set up. Do they make aftermarket foot controls for my bike? Where would I find them? I would even consider going back to stock set up if I could find the complete set up ready to bolt on.

Any insight would be appreciated.

 

Hate to say it but I think your out of luck. Scanned through numerous manufacturers web sites, plenty for Sportsters but couldn’t find any for for your bike without a brake master cylinder. Looks like that be the only way to go, unless you grow an 1” or two.

 

Meant to say a company call Zodiac in Europe used to make some but discontinued making them I think in 96 so presumably they didn’t sell to well.

 

Your bike is an evo. And there are a ton of stock distance forward controls on eBay that are take offs. Buy a set of them then you won't have to move the master
