My experience is completely unscientific and just my $.02. I have a Heritage, a Deuce and a WG.

When I was in Mauai a couple of years ago I rented a Fatboy - first one I ever rode. It was really windy/gusty on the highway along the beach and I "thought" the wheels were pushing me around. I can't prove it.

I've been riding scoots a long time in every condition but I'll admit the whole bike was new to me so I'm not sure.
