Sorry to the forum police if this is the wrong spot. I have a softail slim stock seat with a barebones passenger pillion. I was looking for a more comfortable solo seat that will still work with the barebones passenger seat. The wide tripper peaked my interest but i don’t like how wide the passenger seat is and I don’t think my current one is comparable with it. Any suggestions? I’m 5’8” 160.
I just bought a Wide Tripper. Can't speak to the fitment of the pillion, but the seat is nice. I got the one with the backrest in case I wanted to run it.
I have a ‘17 Slim. Have you thought about a Bare Bones solo?
I used one for a while. It was more comfortable than a stock seat, but to be honest, I think the only seat that looks good on a Slim is the stock seat. I ditched the Bare Bones, and went make to the stock seat (which I had recovered in leather and alcantara).
