Fatboy won’t start

Hi,
trying to start my friend’s fatboy (e.i.) but this is the result... (watch video attached)
new spark plugs and batterY ok.. could it be an injection problem?

1st verify spark. Then if you have spark, remove air cleaner and spray starting fluid into TB intake. If it starts you'll know it's a fuel delivery problem.
