Maybe fuel issue? Maybe something else ?
seen it all . I got one here was pasted flat on my tractor solenoid. Was likely sitting there when the juice came through to start. Too crazy!. Mount the sucker and use em for a desk paperweight!😅😅👍😎
A faulty charging system can cause an engine to break up when you put a load to the engine. Attach a digital volt meter to the the fuel tank and connect the leads to the battery. Drive it and monitor the voltage at break up. Just an idea as you’ve been in everything else. If it’s faulty, it may or may not set a dtc because u said there were none present.

I have pulled the intake manifold off to clean and check everything, and to replace both injectors and flush the fuel system. My local mechanic feels that the frog issue my have caused trash to get in the injector , even though I cleaned them once I did not flush the whole fuel system . There was quite a bit more trash in the number 2 injector again . Number 1 had some in it but not as much as #2 . In the process of doing this I found that both manifold seals/ gaskets where split and had some dirt/rust/corrosion on the flanges where the splits are. And also my butterfly valve is sticking closed ?? I have the injectors already just waiting for the seals to come in . Once I get it all back together and running I’ll test the charging system to let y’all know . Thanks again for all the suggestions I feel like I am slowing making some progress! 🤞🤞✌️
Well after doing everything I post in my last post there has been some progress . The stutter is now only in 1,2,3 gear 4,5,6 so good but still very sluggish until Rpms are higher than you can feel the power come in a lot ! But I am still stumped as to what this could be …..
Something that hasn't been mentioned yet. Earths. I know its not particularly logical, however a code about low voltage to an injector would suggest that investigation of the power supply circuit to the injectors needs to be ruled out. Theoretically low voltage to injectors could give that type of symptom. No, I've never heard of a Harley doing that, however I have repaired a car engine wth weird feeling problems due to earths and supply voltage to the engine
I would test both the +ve voltage to the injector under load and test the earths over the bike. There is one near the voltage regulator that rattles loose easily
