Default Brown?

Has anyone else ever had they're pipes turn brown on the inside, also the plugs? If so, what could possibly be up? Thank you.

It would be beneficial if you posted pics...

Are your plugs the proper heat range for your bike...????

Generally speaking.......

Light tan/gray color is optimum temp and engine in good condition...

Yellowish brown plugs can mean lead fouling ...

Do you run leaded fuel or a bunch of fuel additives...??

Reddish brown can be plugs with high mileage...

A rusty brown can mean plugs with a lean condition...

An orange or red plug can mean a weak spark...

Unknown about the inside color of the pipes, maybe the same condition(s) or not... never read about inside pipe color or inspected the inside of my pipes...

Now outside the pipes, under the heat shields, can tell you if you are lean and/or running pretty hot, by a very blueish color starting at the heads
