Default Deuce Starting Problem

Hello new to the forum. I'm helping out a buddy of mine with his deuce. It will not start. It wont even crank. He said that he could not get it started one day so he jumped it. When I went and looked at it all the turn signals were on even when the ignition switch was off. Hooked up a battery charger to it to get the battery up again and went looking around. Found that when I removed the Security fuse the lights would go out. After reading the manual looks like the security system has gone bonkers. Has anybody had a similar issue. The horn works the brake lights work but none of the turn signals. Thanks for any help

You'll need to run the diagnostics and it should give you a code that'll point to the problem. Look down in the DIY Forums.
