I have a 2018 Fat Bob. The guy I bought it from said it was converted to the Cobra attachment system for racks or sissy bars. The way he worded it, "converted" sounds like the only option I have for backrests now are the Cobra models? Can anyone confirm if this is true to untrue? Thank you!
The Cobra backrest is $364 and I'm just honestly not going to use it enough to justify that cost. But I do have a really nice rack that I do use quite often when riding solo that does use the Cobra docking setup.
I guess to clarify my question, the Harley docking system and the Cobra docking system are different and not compatible? Or does anyone know if they are compatible? Thanks!
