Hey all, anyone know where you can get replacement glass for a mirror? Got harley teardrop mirrors for my bike. Unfortunately had them in my parts trailer and when I took them out today to put them on noticed 1 of the glass was broken.
don't feel like paying 100+ for new mirrors when I already have them. Just need to glass.
does anyone know where I can get new glass for it? Or will I have to find some place that will cut down some glass to fit.

I've bought mint condition mirrors on ebay for around $20 each. You can try an automotive glass shop to see if they can repair them.

 

Thanks I was thinking of checking with them but was hoping there was a place to get the mirror made already.
And what I've seen on ebay in my searches are the after market ones for 40. And I want it to match my oem one that's still good with the harley davidson stamped on back. But maybe that will have to be saved for next bike build and go with after market on this one.

I had a glass shop replace a mirror on a car once, it was a perfect fit, cost only a few bucks. Worth trying. It's not that special, just an odd shape.
