I'm enjoying my new '11 Superlow. I don't know if it's me or what, but I can't seem to adjust the mirrors so that I can see behind me. It's as if the stems aren't long enough. I can adjust them to see beside me, but if I adjust so that I can see behind me, I end up looking at me.
Anyone else notice this? Seems a shame to replace perfectly good mirrors, but I definitely need some longer stems on these mirros so that I can see traffic behind me.
I think most people who ride sportsters complain about that, I ended up putting longer stem mirrors on my '05 and they vibrated so much that I ended up taking them off. Problem was solved when I went to apes...
