cycle electric or OEM is the way to go in my opinion.
also unless you do a lot of wrenching on your bike seriously consider having it done by a professional
I had mine replaced about a year ago with an OEM and I believe it was right at $500
Nothing better than a Cycle Electric CE-8999... Not a hard job.. Google it and shop around.. The AFM primary gasket is the way to go.. You'll also need 1 quart primary fluid.. A locking bar makes it easier to remove the compensator nut.. No need to touch the clutch basket.. Set the chain tension to 1/2" up and down total movement. Torque the compensator nut to 160 foot lbs. Usually when the stator goes it's best to replace the Rotor and regulator as well.. The CE-32AL is the complete kit... The price might be up there but you'll never do it again..
