05 heritage springer. Recently replaced both tires steering neck bearings rotors brakes and rear wheel and my bike is still experiencing a wobble. I have 3/8 belt deflection at 10lbs everything is tight and lubricated accordingly. Tires inflated to 50psi. Running out of ideas..

It might help if you could mention any patterns: wobble only at X speeds, or under ? condition of loading (passenger or solo or both). Can you feel it in the handlebars or maybe just in the rear? Under acceleration or braking?
Just spitballing here, but any pattern might offer a clue.
Front pivot " bearings" on a Springer require special attention
I'd still check the spokes like Bone Doc suggested....
The part #18 in the below pic is called the rocker... It connects the rigid fork assembly (rear fork), to the spring fork assembly (front fork), and the front axle...
You can see in this parts pic all the bearings, washers, pivot sleeves, pivot studs, etc, etc that are part of that assembly.... Those parts do wear out and will cause that assembly to be "loose".... could easily cause a wobble
WARNING: The rocker holds the rigid fork to the spring fork under pressure... If you try to disassemble that without securing the rigid fork to the spring fork, you could easily be injured..... There are specific instructions in the HD Factory Service Manual. I would suggest that you get a copy of the SM for your bike and read it before trying to disassemble the rocker..
My 2006 FLSTCI was experiencing a rear end wobble at about 80mph. Felt the bike wiggling under my butt. The wobble would go away if I slowed down, and when I sped up. Turns out when I rushed to put the bike back together, I didn't have the rear wheel PERFECTLY aligned. It was off by about 1-2mm and once I fixed that, no more wobble! Have had it up to 105mph and no wobble....
