This is a question born of ignorance, so thanks for bearing with me. I'm shopping for a used Softail and note that the Rocker is often priced lower than others. I like the look, know a little about the model but searched for a Rocker thread in this forum without success. My wife says I have 'man blindness' so I may be missing the obvious. Can anyone point me to where I can get some insider info on the model? Thanks.

Its a nice bike, with a big rear tire, but not confortable for two people. If you ride alone, without problem. The beauty of the bike are the rear fender and the big tire. If you want change the rear fender, maybe you must buy a Breakout.
... My wife says I have 'man blindness' so I may be missing the obvious...
My wife talks like that. If your wife likes to ride behind you the Rocker will not work. You stated you ride solo so no problem.
Me, I have my Road King to go with my Rocker. My Rocker seat has the hidden passenger seat but it is not suitable for humans.
As for the price difference, it is just supply and demand. Supply is low but demand is somehow even lower. Not for everyone.
I just purchased my Rocker last week, so far so good. I am not one to say things like "I will never sell it" but I am thinking it.
They did not sell a lot of Rockers, and have not been made for over a decade, so just not a lot of them out there.
The motorcycle shop that sold my Rocker had it for six months.
