Default Auxiliary lighting kit

Thinking about installing the aux. lighting kit on the 97 fatboy. It currently has the turn signals located on the handbar, below the mirrows. The kit I am buying has the two aux lights plus the turn signals mouted below..The handbar turn signals are attached on a 1 1/4 handibar with internal wiring. I am thinking of just splicing in te lower turnsignals and give her two turn signal lights per side. Any thoughts from the mob.????

Myself... I'd have to go to the trouble on getting rid of the handlebar turn signals... of course to each his own, but I have the set up you are talking about going to, and well... I like it. Just never been crazy about the handlebar turn sigs myself.

I agree whit Whatzleft. I would definitely remove the handlebar turns. I think you would look a little carried away with two sets of turns on each side. But it depends on how visible you want to be also. To each is thier own

I added the lights, but I left the turn signals up on the bars. It sounds dumb, but I like being able to look at the reflection in my headlamp / aux lights to make sure my turn signals are on/off/working properly.
