Here's a new one.Started the bike and went for a ride. Got what sounded like ping when the engine was under load. Noticed somthing all over the bike. I
removed the air cleaner and when I gave it some gas a mist of particles came out of the carb. It happens at the time of the ping sound.
It's metalic in color but soft and can be blown off the bike. When touched it kind of like graphite it texture. The bike is a 1992
FXSTC with a mild cam and .010 over.
