Was quoted this for Stage 2 on a 23 Fatboy.... My question is whether or not its worth it...

Thanks in advance

To do a stage 2, you would need at a minimum:

tuner with correct map
exhaust
cam and cam bearing
air cleaner
lifters
adjustable push rods, push rod covers, and all gaskets

These parts alone, without labor, would be $1500-$2000 depending on your choices. If you already have the exhaust, tuner, and air cleaner, you would subtract these costs.

This assumes you are keeping the stock oil pump, cam plate, and cam chain tensioner which would be around $1K just for the parts. Most dealers would charge you 6-8 hours of labor or about $750-$1000.

So more info is needed.

You could have added more to your title rather than be mysterious about it.
