Master cylinder assembly

I bought new handlebars for my 2007 softail custom. They are 1 1/2 inch thick and I need to get new brake and clutch assemblies. Anybody know where I can get the proper parts?

Do the bars neck down to 1" at the controls? If so, no problem using stock.

I have not looked for a 1 1/2" throttle tube much less grips. Can they be had?
