Are you sure the standard came with the USB port? Looking at the fische, it kinda looks like it didn't.

But, if it did, I think it might be part 20 in the drawing, 69202609. That's a big "might", because I can't find a picture of that to be sure, but the price seems to indicate it might be a USB port.

Otherwise, look up some other softail, like a Heritage, that will have the parts 18 & 19 active, and consider ordering them. They should fit, but should and will can be different.

OK.

So when you look at that parts listing I linked, it is both specific to your bike, and general to all softails.
All the parts have tag numbers, but only some have a box around them.
Those that are specific to your bike, have a box. Since your bike didn't come with a USB port, the part with tag 18 does not have a box. That is the USB port.

So now go look up a different softail that does come with USB. I used the Heritage, but there are others.

Now you'll see part 18 has a box around it. That's because the Heritage does come with the USB port.
Click it and it takes you to the part. Part number 69201762, $84.24.

That part does come with the wiring plug on the other end. So you should be able to install it by simply plugging it into the already existing wiring harness in there. Likely capped with a blank plug.

Don't forget to also get the waterproof cap, part 19. Part number 69201764, $9.71.

I think that should be all that's needed to install the factory USB port on your bike.
