does anyone make a 1" extension to move my right-side running board out. i have a military injury that has my right foot toe out and it tends to catch wind and get fatigued after a while. i see kis for dressers but none for the softail that move it out without also moving it forward

No problem. Been on my '14 Heritage for 10 years

 

I put the extensions on my 2007 Heritage in 2008 for the same reason,

and it made a huge difference. Love them. Bought them off an aftermarket motorcycle web site like cycle gear (don't remember which). Easy to install.

 

now if i could just find a shorter reach brake pedal for my short legs. all kinds of extended ones but none are reduced reach

 

Wife had the same problem not being able to reach….a super reduced reach seat fixed that.

 

I had floorboard extensions on my Heritage for about a year. Got tired of the extra width needed on my stance when stopped and took them off.
