I am going to guess the highlighted part of your statement means you will be having a shop do the work for you...

If I am correct, check to see if one of the site supporters are near enough to your area, that you would have them do the work. If none of the site supporters are near, find a good independent shop in your area that you will trust to do the work. You can also post up where you live, and let forum members recommend who has done good work for them in your area.

Since you are "not knowledgeable", let the professionals who work on this stuff daily, suggest to you what works for them, and will reach your goal..

Whoever you decide to do the work, tell them your performance goals. Let them suggest what parts/brands/part numbers will get you to your performance goals.

Then you can compare their suggestions to other recommended shops, or just go with their suggestions.

Good luck with your decisions and your mods...
