I'm looking to change the handlebars on my '94 Softail Springer. I'm interested in something like these. Anyone recognize what manufacturer these might be, or know of a manufacturer who makes something similar?

I saw this bike listed for sale and asked the owner what kind of bars they were but he didn't know and said they were on the bike when he bought it.
