If I'm not mistaken that p/n is for the long black upper part of the front inverted suspension but what I need are the small chrome tubes, looking at the microfiche it shows p/n 45500443 and 45500444.

Please correct me if I'm wrong because I don't want to make a mistake since I won't buy the part on a dealer.

Based on the OEM Service Parts finder, I believe you are correct...

Sorry I can't be more help, but I can't say for sure if they are the right part....

First.... There are many people on eBay who are clueless and don't know what they have. Also, for whatever reason (I wouldn't try to guess why) there are some who plain lie about what they have.

Second... That eBay link shows only the tubes. The online parts finder shows those part numbers include the axle & brake caliper mounts WITH the tubes. Those ARE the correct part numbers in the eBay ad, but the eBay parts are incomplete.... The parts finder does not show a part number for only the tubes.

Not owning or ever working on that style suspension, I have no idea how those mounts are attached to the tubes, or what the tubes look like without the mounts.

So, like with anything purchased on eBay, you will be gambling that the eBay seller knows what he has. If he does, then you should (unless they are damaged) be able to remove the mounts from your tubes and add them to those tubes.

You have the ability to hold your forks in your own hands, so you could guess if they are correct or not, more accurately than I could...
