I did a search and think I understand, but correct me if I am wrong...
If I have a PCIII, I do not need the rev extend feature enabled if I already had a stage 1 download on my ECM right? Due to the download already increasing my rev limit to 6200 RPM. Is this right?
My dyno chart shows my A/F graph going up to 6200 RPM.
and you have good values in the map fields all the way to 6200 you're set.
What do you mean?
On some PC maps there are zeros in the fuel cell fields above 5500 rpm, If the map you are running has numbers in those fileds than it was most likely setup on a motor that would rev to 6200 rpm.
Here is a cropped pic of a PCIII map, in the fields above 5500rpm its not adding or subtracting fuel, that doesn't mean it won't work. I just assume that the bike they used to create the map only rev'd to 5500..
