Default Auxiliary lights without the bar...

I am looking for front driving lights to be attached to the sides of the "tins" on my '07 Fatboy, but, without the bar that's locatedbelow the headlight. I've seen this on a Fatboy at a local "watering hole", but was unable to ask the owner about it or take a picture of it. Each left and right side bracket that's fastened to the sides next to the tins looks like a very high quality piece... almost billet like. The fastener locations are the same as those used to attach the typical light bar brackets and wind shield brackets.
Has anyone seen something like this before? Where would I begin to look for something like that.
Thanks for your help.

Check out a member called "Chops." He has a set on his fat tire Fatty. Pics in his gallery. He's a very helpful guy and I'm sure he can steer you to a source.

Hey Randy1911, thanks for the lead... I took a look at Chops' gallery and that is the type of set up I'm looking for. But, the set that Chops has on his bike might be too custom looking. I mean, the set up that I saw on a Fat Boy was widely spaced, pretty much looking like the typical spacing as seen on a light bar set up. It appeared traditional, with the right size sealed lights, chrome, etc., minus the bar below the head light. When I looked directly at the set up from the front, it appeared like the auxiliary lights were "floating" on either side of the head light, and no bar below the head light. I will definitely PM Chops for some input.
Thanks.

Alan I haven't seen what you have described; not that it is unavailable but it could be one-off. The lightbar serves a purpose of keeping your lights solid, true, and vibration free. If you just want small bullits on there, a mounting stud is all that would be necessary to mount in place of one of the side metric machine bolts. I've seen those in all the popular catalogs. For larger lights, I would recommend a lightbar of some sort for stability. Go to Wallys cycle world website and surf through the online catalogs, maybe you'll find something you like.
I have Headwinds lightbar and bullit lights, works for me.

Cheers

Harley has the type of lights you're talking about for the touring bikes but I've never seen them for the FL Softails. Good luck in the search. Let us know what you find.
