Anyone know of a good custom sissy bar fabricator? I'm lookin' to put something taller on my Custom, but I want to keep the stock seat. My only options right now are to keep the stock setup, get the HD Twisted sissy bar, or put an aftermarketsissy bar on and buy a new seat that will bolt to the fender. So it looks like having a custom made sissy bar is my only option if I want to go taller and keep the stock seat. If possible, please post links. Thanks.

It is in Customer Pics, the top bike....Blue Deluxe. The fabrication is very good, the brackets fitperfect, and the chrome was nicely finished.Mark
Mark,
That sissy bar looks awesome on your bike. Thanks for the link to Ginz. I'm gonna have to send them an email. I seeone of their customers has a 36" sissy bar on theirCustom, and they're using the stock seat. It said hississy bar was custom made, though. It looked like a clampwas made tobolt the seat to. I'm gonna have to see what the pricing is to have something like that made. Although I'm not wanting to go as high as he did. I like the height of yours. Is yours the 20"?
I see that you live in the Woodlands. I lived there for a few years in Alden Bridge. Moved away in 2000. Went back to visit in January of this year, and that place has changed A LOT since I lived there.

Hey Live2Ride,
Gin was great to deal with. The bar I have isthe 20 inch. Really good quality work. Bolt right on and the fit is nice. I spoke to Gin before I ordered....nice to deal with......my order shiped that day!!
He will custome make you a bar....just tell him what you need.
I've been here in the Woodlands for 16 years now......it has changed much for sure.
I checked ginz and cyclevisions sissy bars and I think I'm going to also get one for my '07 Softail Custom. May go with the dagger style bar. I've been looking for someone who makes custom sissy bars and I'm glad I came across this thread. Thanks guys for posting the links.
