Default Adding security system

Unfortunatly my 08 Night Train didnt come with the security system, but I would like to add one on. I got the part number from the cataloge, just got a couple questions about it.
One, where and how does the module mount?
And two, is it 'plug and play' or will the dealer need to program it or work some kind of majic. I'd rather do the install myself if possible.

Thanks yall!

SGT-

Just went trough this on my 07 train. I had a few probs, but hopefully you can avoid them.

The unit mounts behind the rock gaurd in the "electrical panel". It's easier to jack the bike up so the rear wheel drops. Two bolts, slide the knotch over the clip, and the rock guard comes off. Remove old turn signal module. Plug in new TSSM module, and the siren if you bought it. keep the guard off for now in case you have problems. Put the bike back on the ground on the jiffy stand. Connect battery cable (oh yeah, disconnect before you start).

Now here's where I had my problems. I didn't have the below link. Follow it to a "T".

Make sure you don't turn on the ignition without following the procedure in the above link and completing it properly. If all works fine, when you're done, bike should start and stay running.
After that, you should be able to just take the bike to the dealer and have them activate the fob to the security sytem.

Just to be clear, the system will not automatically arm until you have the fob activated.
